ISUZU Motors International FZE and SOCIDA Strengthen Community Ties through Education Support in Côte d’Ivoire

Summary of the CSR activity

ISUZU Motors International FZE (IIF), in partnership with its official dealer SOCIDA, has reinforced its commitment to community development through an education-focused CSR initiative in Côte d’Ivoire. The program, held at Assoundé Village Primary School Group, saw the distribution of 400 school kits to local students, reflecting ISUZU’s dedication to supporting the country’s future generations. Beyond the donation of school supplies, the initiative also featured road safety education sessions, equipping students with essential knowledge to travel safely to and from school.

In the second phase, the ISUZU caravan continued its journey along the coast, stopping in Soubré, Méagui, and Grand-Béréby, where school kits were distributed to students at the EPP Mavou and EPP Tiépé 1 & Tiépé 2 primary schools. This tour helped to strengthen ties with local communities, while promoting ISUZU’s presence in rural areas with high potential but often underserved. 

Through this activity, ISUZU and SOCIDA aim to contribute to a safer, more confident, and better-prepared generation of young learners.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Yoshitsugu Fujihira, Senior General Manager of IIF shared:
