Empowering Isuzu After-sales Service & Genuine Parts Excellence in Jordan

On 15th November 2025, Isuzu Motors International, in collaboration with our trusted dealer Al Qudra Automobile Trading Company, hosted a specialized seminar at Fairmont Amman, Jordan. The event focused on advancing after-sales excellence and strengthening customer trust in line with Isuzu’s global standards.

The seminar highlighted the importance of regular maintenance at authorized service centers, where specialized technical expertise and advanced diagnostic tools ensure optimal vehicle performance and warranty compliance.

The seminar emphasized the critical role of genuine parts, which undergo rigorous testing to meet the highest safety and efficiency standards. They contrasted this with the risks posed by non-genuine alternatives, which can lead to failures and costly operational losses. Customers were also introduced to Isuzu’s Best Value Parts (BVP) program, offering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
