ISUZU Motors International FZE (IIF) continues to strengthen its sustainability practices through its scrape for material waste and spare parts initiative. Through its Scrap for Material initiative, the company ensures these items are managed safely and recycled in an environmentally friendly way.

What Is the Scrap for Material & Spare Parts Initiative?

The Scrap for Spare Parts initiative ensures that materials which can no longer be used are securely collected and recycled instead of being sent to landfills. Materials and Spare Parts are processed through certified recycling methods that prioritize resource recovery, compliance, and environmental protection.

The recycling process was carried out in partnership with

YES Full Circle Solutions, a licensed and certified

recycler operating in compliance with local and international environmental standards.

Measurable Environmental Impact

Through this initiative, 43,870 kg of materials were successfully recycled with 100% landfill diversion, contributing to the avoidance of 75,615.9 kg of CO₂e emissions. This reduction is equivalent to:

  • Charging approximately 6.1 million smartphones, or
  • The emissions associated with 7,428 gallons of diesel consumption

We believe that the outcomes demonstrate how thoughtful operational practices can lead to measurable, positive environmental impact.

A Continuous Commitment

This initiative reflects ISUZU Motors International FZE’s ongoing approach to responsible business, that focuses on consistent action and long-term impact. Through steady progress and responsible practices, we aim to make a positive difference across the markets we serve, while continuing to strengthen our sustainability approach over time.
